Sales Tax Information:
 | All items sold or shipped within Canada will be subject to 13%
New Brunswick HST. |
Shipping & Handling:
| We ship worldwide but due to government regulations, we
cannot ship certain items. |
| Item is shipped within THREE business
days after receiving payment, and tracking information is available
upon request. |
| Once we receive your order, we will
e-mail your Invoice including all charges. Your Invoice will
include:
 | Shipping/handling charges calculated through Canada Post
(up to 66 lbs./20Kg). |
| Shipping Costs through Customer designated Courier or
Shipping Company. |
| Shipping Insurance charges will be
calculated on your Order. You can then accept or decline
Insurance. |
| If payment is not received within Three business days
after the Invoice has been e-mailed, your order will be
considered cancelled and no charges will be incurred. |

| Shipping & handling charges are
non-refundable. |
| Local pick up can be arranged.

Return Policy:
| If you are not satisfied, please contact us with your
problem or concern prior to returning item. Once you have
received a return OK from us, you will need to return the item in
the original condition and packaging. We will refund your
purchase price upon receipt of the item, however you must pay the
return shipping costs. If Item is NOT as described, we
will refund your purchase price and shipping and handling costs. |
| Return of Damaged Items are the responsibility of Canada
Post or other shipping company. |
